Run by the same family for more than a century, the showroom gives you the opportunity to view and try jewellery in person, compare diamonds side by side, and receive considered, one-on-one guidance from a team with generations of experience.

Your Appointment, From Start to Finish

The Booking
Book your consultation online and tell us a little about what you are looking for, whether it is an engagement ring, wedding band, diamond jewellery piece or bespoke design. Once confirmed, your appointment time will be reserved exclusively for you.

The Welcome
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed personally and guided through the showroom. With only one client appointment held at a time, you can explore the collection comfortably, ask questions and take the time you need without feeling rushed.

The Consultation
During your consultation, you will have the opportunity to try on different designs and compare diamonds side by side. Our team will guide you through diamond shape, cut, carat weight, proportions, setting styles and precious metal options, helping you select a piece that feels considered and entirely your own. For bespoke designs, this is where we begin refining the concept, discussing the finer details and selecting the right diamond for your piece.

The Craft
Once your design and diamond have been confirmed, your piece will be made to order by our jewellers. Every detail is carefully considered throughout the creation process, from the initial design through to the final setting and finish.

The Collection
Once your piece is complete, you may return to the showroom to collect it in person. Please bring a valid photo ID, such as a driver’s licence or passport, that matches the name listed on your order. Where another person is collecting on your behalf, written authorisation will be required before collection.
