We want you to love your LUCCÈ Diamonds jewellery for a lifetime. Below is everything you need to know about exchanges, bespoke commissions, diamond sourcing, resizing and our Limited Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty.

14-Day Exchange or Store Credit

We want you to love your LUCCÈ Diamonds jewellery. If you change your mind about a ready-made jewellery purchase, you may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery or collection, subject to the following conditions.

Jewellery must be returned:

  • Unworn and in its original condition.
  • Free from any signs of wear, resizing, alteration or damage.
  • In its original LUCCÈ Diamonds packaging.
  • Together with proof of purchase.

Store credit issued is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Refunds are not available for change of mind.

Exclusions

Exchanges and store credit are not available for:

  • Bespoke or custom-made jewellery.
  • Engagement rings made to order.
  • Personalised or engraved jewellery.
  • Jewellery that has been resized, altered or modified at the customer's request.
  • Earrings, unless faulty, due to hygiene reasons.

Bespoke & Custom Jewellery

Every bespoke LUCCÈ Diamonds piece is individually handcrafted to your specifications. To commence production:

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
  • Once your diamond has been approved and ordered, your commission cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • The remaining balance is payable before collection or dispatch.
  • Production will not be completed, dispatched or made available for collection until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.

As each bespoke piece is custom-made specifically for you, change-of-mind cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not available.

Lab Diamond Sourcing

Diamond sourcing deposits

Where LUCCÈ Diamonds is sourcing a laboratory-grown diamond on your behalf:

  • Diamond sourcing deposits are non-refundable.
  • Diamond sourcing deposits are credited towards the purchase price of your jewellery.
  • Once a supplier order has been placed, the sourcing request cannot be cancelled due to a change of mind.

If the supplier is unable to provide the selected diamond, your deposit will either be refunded in full, or be transferred to an alternative diamond of your choosing.

Limited Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty

Our commitment to quality

At LUCCÈ Diamonds, every piece is handcrafted using premium materials and carefully inspected before it leaves our workshop. We take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and stand behind every piece we create.

Every LUCCÈ Diamonds piece is covered by our Limited Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty, providing protection against manufacturing defects in workmanship. If a manufacturing fault is identified, LUCCÈ Diamonds will, at our discretion, repair, replace or remake the affected item.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our Limited Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty covers manufacturing defects in the workmanship of your LUCCÈ Diamonds jewellery. Examples may include:

  • Manufacturing faults affecting the setting or assembly.
  • Structural defects resulting from the manufacturing process.
  • Defects in craftsmanship identified under normal and intended use.

Each warranty claim is individually assessed by our experienced jewellers to determine whether the issue is the result of a manufacturing defect.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty does not cover damage or deterioration resulting from normal wear or circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Scratches, dents and surface marks.
  • Bent rings or bent claws (prongs).
  • Loss of diamonds or gemstones caused by accidental impact, snagging, inadequate maintenance or everyday wear.
  • Chipped, cracked or fractured diamonds and gemstones caused by impact.
  • Chemical damage.
  • Rhodium plating wear.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect or improper care.
  • Theft or accidental loss.
  • Damage resulting from accidents.
  • Damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals.
  • Damage caused by excessive force or abnormal wear.
  • Repairs, resizing or alterations performed by jewellers other than LUCCÈ Diamonds.
  • Routine maintenance services including cleaning, polishing, rhodium plating and prong tightening due to normal wear, unless required to remedy a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Stone Loss

While regular servicing significantly reduces the risk of stone loss, no jewellery can be guaranteed against stone loss caused by everyday wear, accidental impact or snagging. We strongly recommend having your jewellery professionally inspected every 12 months to ensure your diamonds remain secure.

Third-Party Repairs

To preserve the integrity of your jewellery, repairs, resizing or alterations should only be performed by LUCCÈ Diamonds. Any repair, resizing or modification carried out by another jeweller may void all or part of your Limited Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty where the third-party work contributes to or affects the issue.

Maintaining Your Warranty

To help preserve your jewellery and maintain your Limited Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty, we recommend having your jewellery professionally inspected by LUCCÈ Diamonds every 12 months. Failure to properly maintain your jewellery, or provide reasonable evidence of recommended inspections where requested, where inadequate maintenance has contributed to the issue, may affect eligibility for a warranty claim.

Warranty Assessments

If you believe your jewellery has experienced a manufacturing defect, please contact LUCCÈ Diamonds to arrange a warranty assessment. Warranty assessments are typically completed within 5 to 10 business days from the date your jewellery is received. Where additional investigation or specialist repairs are required, assessment and repair timeframes may be longer. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

Making a Warranty Claim

To arrange a warranty assessment:

  • Contact LUCCÈ Diamonds.
  • Securely package your jewellery.
  • Send your jewellery using a tracked and insured shipping service.
  • Include your name, contact details, proof of purchase (where available) and a description of the issue.

Customers are responsible for all shipping, insurance and transit costs associated with sending jewellery to LUCCÈ Diamonds for warranty assessment. Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, LUCCÈ Diamonds will repair, replace or remake the item at no cost under the terms of this warranty.

Warranty Transferability

This Limited Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty applies only to the original purchaser unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Pre-Owned Jewellery

This warranty does not apply to pre-owned LUCCÈ Diamonds jewellery purchased through unauthorised third parties.

Replacement Components

Where replacement is necessary, LUCCÈ Diamonds reserves the right to use components, gemstones or materials of comparable quality where identical materials are no longer available.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this warranty limits, excludes or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where applicable, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand) continue to apply in addition to the Limited Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty offered by LUCCÈ Diamonds.
