Expert Aftercare for Your LUCCÈ Jewellery

Your jewellery is designed to be worn and enjoyed every day. Like any fine jewellery, regular professional servicing helps maintain its beauty, security and longevity.

Whether your jewellery requires a professional clean, annual inspection, rhodium plating or ring resizing, our experienced jewellers are here to help keep your piece looking and performing at its best.

Professional Jewellery Servicing

We recommend having your LUCCÈ jewellery professionally inspected every 12 months. Routine servicing allows our jewellers to identify normal wear before it develops into more significant repairs, helping to keep your jewellery secure and looking its best.

Our standard jewellery service includes:

  • Professional inspection
  • Professional cleaning
  • Professional polishing
  • Prong tightening, where required

Should any additional repairs be identified during inspection, we will provide a quotation before any work is undertaken.

Ring Resizing

Finding the perfect fit is important. LUCCÈ Diamonds offers one complimentary ring resize within 60 days of receiving your ring, up or down by a maximum of two finger sizes, where the design allows.

Resizing requests outside these limits, or after the complimentary resizing period, are charged as follows.

Resizing Limitations

Certain ring designs have resizing limitations to preserve their structural integrity and long-term durability.

Ring Style Resizing Limit
Pavé Rings Up to 4 sizes larger and up to 2.5 sizes smaller
Shared-Prong Marquise & Round Bands Up to 2.5 sizes larger only

Following inspection, LUCCÈ Diamonds reserves the right to decline a resizing request where completing the resize may compromise the structural integrity, security or longevity of the piece. Where appropriate, alternative solutions may be offered.

Because finger size naturally fluctuates due to temperature, pregnancy, weight changes, medication, medical conditions and the time of day, LUCCÈ Diamonds cannot guarantee that a resized ring will continue to fit permanently.

Turnaround Times

Most servicing is completed within the following timeframes from the date your jewellery is received.

Where additional repairs or specialist work are required, turnaround times may be longer. If this is the case, we'll contact you with an updated estimate before proceeding.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping, insurance and transit costs associated with sending jewellery to LUCCÈ Diamonds for servicing, resizing, repairs or warranty assessment.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs to Luccè Diamonds for complimentary resizing and annual servicing. Upon completion of the resizing service, the customer will also be responsible for the return shipping fees. These return shipping costs will be invoiced upon the item's arrival at our workshop, at a flat rate of $20 AUD for domestic shipments within Australia, and $50 AUD for international shipments.

LUCCÈ Diamonds is not responsible for courier delays, customs processing, weather events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Before Sending Your Jewellery

Before sending your jewellery to LUCCÈ Diamonds, please:

  • Clean your jewellery where possible.
  • Package your jewellery securely in a protective box or pouch.
  • Use a tracked and insured shipping service.
  • Include your name, contact details, return address and a brief description of the service required.

For customers returning jewellery from outside Australia for servicing, resizing, repairs or warranty assessment, we recommend declaring the parcel as "Returned Goods - Repair/Warranty Service" (or the equivalent accepted by your local postal or courier provider).

While this declaration may help reduce unnecessary customs charges, LUCCÈ Diamonds cannot guarantee that duties or taxes will not apply. Any import duties, customs fees or brokerage charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
