Every bespoke piece is individually handcrafted to order using premium materials and exceptional craftsmanship, resulting in jewellery that is thoughtfully designed, beautifully made and uniquely yours.

Two Ways to Create Your Bespoke Piece

Every custom journey begins differently. Whether you're starting with a blank canvas or already have a design in mind, we'll help bring your vision to life.

Option One

Create Something Entirely Your Own

If you're starting from scratch, we'll work closely with you to design a completely original piece tailored to your style, lifestyle and budget.

Option Two

Personalise a Design You Love

Already have a design in mind? Whether you've fallen in love with one of our Luccè Diamonds designs or have inspiration from elsewhere, we can create a bespoke piece tailored specifically to your preferences.

Your Bespoke Journey

Every bespoke Luccè Diamonds piece follows the same carefully considered process, giving you complete confidence before your jewellery is handcrafted.

Consultation

Your journey begins with a personalised consultation where we discuss your vision, lifestyle, design preferences and budget.

Whether you have a detailed concept or simply an idea, our experienced team will guide you through every decision to ensure your finished piece reflects your style while remaining practical for everyday wear.

Diamond & Gemstone Selection

If your design includes a centre diamond or gemstone, we'll carefully source options that meet your requirements. Every stone is individually selected based on its quality, proportions, beauty and suitability for your design.

If you already own a diamond or gemstone, we can often incorporate it into your bespoke piece, subject to inspection by our jewellers.

Computer-Aided Design (CAD)

Every bespoke Luccè Diamonds piece includes a complimentary Computer-Aided Design (CAD) before production begins. Your CAD is typically provided within 1 to 2 weeks of placing your order.

The CAD allows you to review the overall design, stone placement, dimensions, proportions and setting details. This is your opportunity to request any refinements before production begins, and reasonable design revisions are included to ensure you're completely happy with the final design.

CAD Approval

Once you're satisfied with your design, we'll ask you to provide final approval. Any requested amendments must be submitted before your CAD is approved.

If approval or amendment requests are not received within 3 days of your CAD being issued, production will automatically commence using the original CAD design. As every piece is individually handcrafted to your approved design, no further design changes can be made after production has begun.

Handcrafted Production

Once your CAD has been approved, your jewellery is individually handcrafted by experienced jewellers. Each piece is made specifically for your chosen design rather than selected from pre-manufactured stock settings, ensuring an exceptional fit, finish and level of craftsmanship.

From final design approval, the production process typically takes approximately 2 to 6 weeks to complete and deliver your finished jewellery. More intricate designs, rare gemstone sourcing or complex commissions may require additional time. If this applies to your order, your Luccè Diamonds consultant will discuss the estimated completion date with you before production begins.

Quality Inspection

Before your jewellery leaves our workshop, it undergoes a comprehensive quality inspection.

Every piece is carefully checked to ensure it meets Luccè Diamonds' standards for craftsmanship, finish and stone security before being prepared for collection or dispatch.

Deposits & Payment

To commence your bespoke commission, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

Once your selected diamond has been approved and ordered, your commission cannot be cancelled due to the custom nature of the piece.

The remaining balance is payable before collection or dispatch. Production will not be completed, dispatched or made available for collection until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.

Remodelling Existing Jewellery

We can often transform existing jewellery into a completely new piece while preserving its sentimental value.

Whether you're updating an engagement ring, resetting inherited diamonds or creating something entirely new, we'll work with you to create a design that honours your story while giving your jewellery a new life.

Timeframes

Once your final design has been approved, the production process typically takes 2 to 6 weeks to handcraft, complete and deliver your finished jewellery. Our jewellery is made to order, typically completed within 50 business days.

For more intricate designs, rare gemstone sourcing or complex commissions, an extended production timeframe may be required. If this applies to your order, your Luccè Diamonds consultant will discuss the estimated completion date with you before production begins.

Need It Sooner?

If you have a proposal date, wedding or another special occasion, please let us know during your consultation. While rush production cannot be guaranteed, we'll always do our best to accommodate time-sensitive commissions where possible and will confirm availability before commencing production.
